I have worked in medical offices for over 30 years. I have been a medical assistant, receptionist and office manager. I now work out of my own office, transcribing for physicians with specialties in dermatology, ophthalmology, orthopedics and otolaryngology to name a few.
General fee schedule:
Hourly rate: $35.00 per hour
Per page rate: $ 7.00 per page
Per line rate: $ .20 per line
Per word rate: $ .03 per word
There is a one-time setup fee of $25.00 which may be waived for continuing business.
